IIE Meeting Thursday, September 4
The Institute of Industrial Engineers has its first meeting of the semester THIS Thursday, September 4th, in TUR 2319 at 6:00PM. If you are an ISE student, you are automatically a member of IIE! No sign-up or dues required! Simply come to the meeting, enjoy some free food and drinks, and get to hear about all the exciting events planned for this semester! Mike Duncan and Katie Beers will be speaking about Accenture and the full-time and internship opportunities they have to offer.

Come hear more information about the social events we'll be having, like tailgates and happy hours, networking events, like info sessions and meetings, and events for us to get to know each other, the College of Engineering and our faculty better. There will also be more information about upcoming plant tours and career fair prep.

If you would like to purchase a nametag for career fair, contact Megan Berry at mberry17@ufl.edu or sign up at the meeting.  Also, if you want to sign up for the football block, it's too late for this week's game, but contact Dan Hemme at hemmed@ufl.edu for future games.  We'll be having a tailgate with our new bus and hopefully attracting ESPN game day.

Finally, Theta Tau a professional Co-Ed Engineering Fraternity's Fall Rush starts 9/3. For more information join the facebook group.  http://www.new.facebook.com/group.php?gid=27752910739&ref=ts
