The 2010 IIE Regional Conference is on February 25-27, and it should be a great experience for everyone who decides to go. In addition to networking alongside corporate recruiters, alumni, and professionals in many different industries, we will get to visit one of the greatest cities in America - Atlanta, GAIf you want to go to this years conference, please fill out this Google Spreadsheet (link below) before January 15. Along with filling this out, you must... - pay a check to "Institute of Industrial Engineers" in the amount of $100 by the IIE mtg on Jan 14 - sign up to become a member of National IIE (go to: https://www.iienet2.org/StudentVerify.aspx) - The first 20 people to sign up on the spreadsheet, are national IIE members, and pay a check by the IIE mtg on Jan 14 get to go to conference. Some of you may think this is pricey, but the experience and memories you get out of this will be priceless. Even a few of you may come back with an offer for an internship - its happened before. I encourage all Gator ISEs to come to ATL for the conference. I will be there, representing Florida the way it should be: with class, dignity, and swagger. I hope you join me.
